For example, if you have been driving while suspended and seek to locate the section and the penalty, this package shows you how to find the section of the law to this offence.  
✔ Learn HOW to prepare submissions for court PLUS E-LAW Legal's submissions for court template form. This is important for when you want to explain your circumstances to the Magistrate. E-LAW Legal's template is for you to complete so that you can read or give this to the Magistrate. For example, you may seek the Magistrate to take into account your income when determining a fine as a large fine may place you in hardship such as difficulty paying your rent or other obligations on time.
✔ Learn HOW to obtain a character reference PLUS E-LAW Legal's Character Reference Guide. Character references are important because they provide additional information about your character from people who know you well for the Magistrate to also consider.
